Pendulum® AquaCap™ herbicide encapsulates a water-based formulation of the industry’s leading preemergent active ingredient – BASF pendimethalin – in an ultra-thin capsule. This BASF patented technology allows Pendulum AquaCap to deliver:

  • A highly effective and economical preemergent weed control option for field- and container-grown nursery stock, including newly transplanted field- and container-grown nursery stock; established field- and container-grown nursery stock; ornamental bulbs; wildflowers; landscape plantings; and bareground for container placement.
  • Effective control for a wide range of weed species – more than 40 grassy and broadleaf weeds.
  • Virtually no odor and ease of use through equipment with water clean-out of tank.

Keys To Success

Uniform application of Pendulum AquaCap over the treated area is essential for effective control. The herbicide must be applied prior to weed germination. Efficacy will be improved if application is followed by one-half inch of rainfall or its equivalent in sprinkler irrigation.
